Thanksgiving 2009 in Arizona!

We travelled west to Arizona for Thanksgiving and visited with Sophia's grandma, grandpa, Zia and Zio. The visit was fantastic! Sophia was the belle of the ball and met many of the family friends at several different parties in her honor! On Thanksgiving, she shared turkey with approximately 40 people, then on Friday she shared pizza with approximately 25 people, then a visit with Santa on Saturday, followed by three more smaller visits! Boy she had a great time. This visit was a real Blessing. We thank God for the opportunity to go to AZ and be with the family. Distance is especially hard when there are little ones involved. The last time they saw Sophia she was only one month old! Now she is 15 months going on 16. Everything went well with the trip and there were lots of tears when we departed!
