A Visit with Sophia's Great Grandma and a Baby Shower for Cousin Elise

Kate, Sophia and I headed to central Pennsylvania on Sunday March 29th to visit with Kate's Grandmother and to attend a baby shower for Elise. Grandma (Sophia's great grandma) had put on quite a meal for us, with the help of several others. We had a full Thanksgiving meal complete with stuffing! Kate's mother and dad were there as well as her Aunt Lucy. Grandma's friend Faber was there too.

Then it was off to the baby shower....

Elise's baby shower was held at Amici's Italian Restaurant in Ebensburg. What a fine place to eat and share good times with family and friends, The food was superb and the atmosphere was authentic Italian. Below you can see the decor...
